1. How much does IncrementalCash Cost?
The cost involved is a fee of $2 (plus fees dependent on payment processor used). There is a monthly fee to maintain your advertising benefits and each monthly $2 payment entitles you to an additional position placed in your own matrix. All positions purchased are yours forever, the monthly fee is not needed to maintain those positions.

2. Can I join for Free?
You can join for free, but in order to participate in our affiliate commission structure you must contact admin first to have your account activated. This can take up to 10 business days. Our product is providing advertising solutions and for this there is a cost of $2. To activate your account immediately all you have to do is purchase the advertising package and then you are instantly eligible to earn from our affiliate commission structure.

3. What types of payment processors do you take?
Currently we take Payza and SolidTrustPay.
If you want to use your credit card, you can do so though Payza or SolidTrustPay. (review the FAQ's below for full details)
We can also accept Paypal in a limited way, by upgrading through our traffic site - contact admin for details.

4. What do I get for my $2?
For your $2 you get 1000 Text Ad Impressions and 1000 Banner Impressions.
These ads are shown here on the various pages of IncrementalCash, along with other locations in our M2I network of sites.

5. What is the monthly cost to continue in IncrementalCash?
While each position your purchase for $2 is yours forever, there are monthly fees with IncrementalCash.com. This is part of the basis for success at IC, as this continually helps to push positions through the matrices. You can discontinue your subscription at any time and any positions purchased are yours to keep, though the monthly advertising will be discontinued.

6. What is your policy on issuing refunds?
If you are not satisfied with the IncrementalCash program, you will receive a full refund by submitting a support ticket within 48 hours of your initial purchase. The refund will be to the original ecurrency account you purchased with.

7. How quickly do you pay?
IC will pay you your cycling payments within 48 hours of you requesting payment.
As soon as you have $4 in your account you can request the withdrawal from the Cash History link in your members area. There is a 25 cent withdrawal fee.
Make sure your payment details are filled out properly.

8. Am I allowed to purchase multiple positions?
For Sure! We actually recommend it if you can afford it. If you buy 3 additional positions then you only need to fill your second level to get your first cycle! You can even use the same email address, but need individual usernames for all your positions.

9. Can I buy into a higher level?
At this time you cannot. We considered this but thought it would be more fair to all members to limit this. You can buy multiple positions under your first one and can automatically be entered into higher levels this way. (For example buy 12 additional positions under your first and get placed into the next level, along with your 13 original positions!)

10. Where do my re-entries go and who is the referrer?
Your re-entry goes back into the first available spot of your original referrer's matrix.

11. I just got an email saying "Your new enrollee has just become verified".
Why can't I see them in my downline?

To become verified only means that they have verified their email address. In order for them to enter your matrix and become visible they need to upgrade their account by paying their member fee of $2.

12. What if I do not want to participate in your affiliate program?
That is no problem at all. Our main focus is providing valuable advertising for a fair price. The affiliate program is just a bonus to help grow our business and those of our Advertising Partners.

13. I am already a member but I just got an email saying I just signed up, but I didn't and my last name is followed by a number. What is up?
That means that your subscription payment has been received and we have placed another position in your original matrix - we add the number on the end to show the original origin.

14. I just cycled but I can't see how to make my withdrawal request. Why?
To request a cashout, you must fill in your personal details.
Once you have filled in that information along with your payment account details, a button to request payout will appear. There is a 25 cent withdrawal fee.

15. How Can I Use My Credit Card to Upgrade?
1) On the purchase page choose the button for Payza and click that button.
2) The 3rd party processor, Payza, website will appear with the purchase details at the top. Near the bottom left you will see this: "Don't have an Payza account?". Just below that will be a link which says: "Click here to use your Credit Card". Click that link.
3) On the left will be a form to enter your details - name, address, credit card information, etc. Fill that information in and click Continue button.
4) Follow the instructions from the credit card processor site, Payza and you will be all setup!

16. What is the affiliate structure? Is there spillover possible?
The entire affiliate structure is series of 7 small matrices, each with a 3 wide by 2 deep structure. Each member can have a maximum of 3 members directly under them. There is a possibility of spillover, but should not be expected and can only come from your directly level upline.

17. How do I fill my higher levels like Supervisor or Manager if people cannot buy into those levels?
Those levels are filled when someone you referred or someone in your downline cycles from a lower level. So when they cycle, they move up into your downline in the higher level. So this is important - IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU HELP YOUR DOWNLINE CYCLE AS WELL. YOU DO NOT DO THIS JUST BY PROMOTING YOUR OWN LINK - SPILLOVER DOES NOT OCCUR LIKE THAT - it only spills over 1 level. You should also help them by promoting their links - you can see their id numbers in your member's area under "my matrices".

18. I just paid for the upgrade on my account. Why does it not show in my members area?
Upgrades are all performed manually because of the subscription payment system. They are always done within 12 hours but normally quicker. If yours has been MORE than 12 hours please contact us using the contact link. Perhaps we have been unable to match the payment with the correct account - this sometimes happens if emails or names do not match from payment processors to your account here at IC.

19. I paid for the 6 month upgrade. Why do I only see a $2 payment in my account history?
Each month you get a new account. In each of those accounts you will see a $2 payment in the account history. In total, over 6 months you will get six accounts, each with $2 in the account payment history.

20. Can I upgrade other accounts from my Cash Account Balance?
Sure you can, as long as you have an active subscription running for that account. Just submit a support ticket from the account with the cash balance in it and say which account to upgrade. There is a 25 cent admin fee for this transaction per position upgraded.
